At CiaoCielos, every item is made to order with care — created just for you. As a small operation, we don’t have the manpower to process large volumes of returns, but we want you to feel happy and confident with your purchase. Below is our return policy designed to balance fairness, transparency, and our small-shop capabilities.
Returns & Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
Customer Responsibility for Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping on all returns unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Restocking Fee
All accepted returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which helps us cover production, packaging, and handling costs for made-to-order items.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly replace or refund it at no cost to you.
Please notify us within 14 days with photos, and we will take care of everything.
Case-by-Case Exceptions
For all other return requests, we review each case individually. Because every item is custom-printed, we cannot guarantee approval, but we aim to be fair and thoughtful in every situation.
