All items are made to order.

Processing typically takes:


• 3–5 business days for apparel, pillows, ornaments, and blankets.

During holidays or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.


Once your order is produced, it will be shipped promptly.

- Shipping Times


After processing, most orders arrive within:


• 4–8 business days (U.S. domestic)


We currently ship within the United States only.

International shipping may be added in the future.

- Shipping Costs


Shipping varies by product type. Because our items are made to order and shipped from our fulfillment partners, shipping rates may differ across product categories.


We occasionally run Free Shipping promotions during seasonal events (such as Black Friday or holiday sales). When active, these will be clearly displayed at checkout.

- Tracking Your Order


Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please note that tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.

- Incorrect Address Policy


Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct.

If an address error leads to a delivery issue, we cannot replace or refund the order.

Please double-check your address at checkout, and contact us immediately if you spot a mistake — we can fix it only if the order has not entered production.

- Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages


Once an order is marked as Delivered by the carrier, we are unable to replace or refund it, as we rely on the carrier’s delivery confirmation.


If your package is:


Marked delivered but hasn’t arrived


Lost in transit


Showing unusual tracking behavior



Please contact the carrier directly to open a case.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly replace it at no cost to you.
